Recreation facilities often include unique building systems. GRG has assessed and developed repair and replacement programs for recreation complexes ranging from single-pad arenas in small communities to the Etobicoke Olympium in Toronto, Ontario.

Assessments involve not only the building systems serving the shell structure, but also the specialty systems for the facilities it houses. Our experience includes indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor ice pads, running tracks, grandstands, and indoor and outdoor court surfaces.

GRG has also developed database systems and long-term cash-flow planning for large service providers to deal with the repair of aging systems in a cost-effective manner.
