Establishing the condition of a property is the first step in determining what repairs are needed. Whether it is a specific building system or component that is suspected of poor performance, a full property assessment, or assessment of several properties in a portfolio, GRG has the experience. We have produced and coordinated condition assessments of over 60 properties at one time and performed assessments of isolated problems on single buildings.

Due to the variety and complexity of buildings of different types and use, GRG staff complete all assessments of site, structure, building envelope and finishes components of facilities. For other building systems, GRG works with selected consultants that specialize in mechanical and electrical systems and elevators/escalators. That approach is used to assure our clients that the best available technical advice is assigned to each type of facility. GRG is not a "one-size-(or engineer)-fits-all" company.
