Once our clients have determined the best option for repair, replacement or new construction, GRG develops design drawings, technical specifications, and bid documents to obtain pricing based on detailed documentation.

Once bids are received, GRG performs a thorough review and makes recommendations on the award of a contract. However, our services don't and shouldn't end there. GRG prepares contracts for the work and performs more comprehensive general reviews than those outlined by the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario or required by the building code.

GRG provides all certifications for payment, action toward deficiency correction and warranty claims. "Need someone to take a closer look?" is more than a motto at GRG.
