There's more to the administration of a repair contract than certifying payments. Contract documents must be comprehensive, unbiased, and accurate.
As contract administrators for construction or repairs, GRG prepares bid documents, pre- and post-tender addenda, provides bid review, and sets up the contracts for work. We hold and chair progress meetings, deal with scheduling and access issues, and verify that necessary permits are obtained and that the contractor conforms with safety regulations. We also issue change notices and orders to the contract, review progress claims for payment making necessary changes, certify payment claims in accordance with the Construction Lien Act, certify substantial or final performance of the contracts, and coordinate warranty reviews as needed.
